Look produce a large range of Keo pedals and three different cleat types, red, grey and black. While Looks Keo pedals all look a little different, each Keo pedal is compatible with Looks Keo cleats.

Shimano produce a range of different SPD-SL pedals for road riding. 105, Ultegra, Dura Ace. They are all compatible with each out.

*SPD-SL road pedals are not compatibile with SPD MTB pedals.

Many riders choose to use Shimano's Mountain Bike cleats when they are traveling as they are a bit easier to walk in than the other cleat systems.

*SPD MTB pedals are not compatibile with SPD-SL road pedals.

Not using cycling shoes? Flat pedals are the answer. Enjoy the ride in your trainers/runners.

If you have used flat pedals with toe cages/straps before we have them as an option. If you haven't used them before, we recommend you just use the basic flat pedals.

Real pedal heads know that Time produce some of the nicest pedals on the market. We have Time espresso Iclic in most locaitons but please reach out to check first.
